01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one active x786 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact x786 support immediately to resolve the matter.

• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harmful toward x786 staff or other users

You may request account closure at any time by contacting x786 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified remaining PKR balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following confirmation of identity where required.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All x786 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on the x786 platform:

Deposit funds are credited to your x786 PKR wallet promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. x786 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. x786 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but x786 endeavours to process all verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the x786 cashier or wallet section. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice. x786 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

x786 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general terms set out here.

The following general rules apply to all x786 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, household or shared IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, plus potential account termination.
• x786 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of a modification are honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirements or unclaimed bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account automatically.

x786 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it is determined that a player exploited a bonus in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming activity or in breach of these Terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on x786 — including sports betting on cricket, PSL matches, T20 tournaments, football, esports and all other available markets — are final once confirmed. x786 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in clearly defined circumstances such as event cancellation or technical error on the platform's part.

For live casino games, including roulette, blackjack, baccarat and other real dealer tables, all bets and game outcomes are determined by the live game session in progress. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for refunds unless the fault originates from the x786 platform itself.

x786 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where:

• A technical error occurred that materially affected the outcome
• The bet was placed using funds from a fraudulent deposit
• The market or event was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error
• Evidence of collusion or match manipulation is identified

In the case of a voided bet, the original stake in PKR will be returned to the player's x786 wallet. Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or bet types and will be displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

Sports betting odds at x786 are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. x786 is not liable for any difference between odds displayed at the time a player views a market and the odds at the moment of confirmation if those odds changed in the intervening period.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the x786 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, termination and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with x786 games, the betting interface or the cashier
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors rather than reporting them to x786 support
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised means
• Attempting to launder money or use the x786 platform for any illegal financial transaction
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style formats
• Abusing or threatening x786 support staff or other users in any communication channel
• Using VPN, proxy or other tools to circumvent any restrictions applied to your account or geographic location
• Engaging in any activity that x786 reasonably determines to be an attempt to manipulate game or betting outcomes

08 Intellectual Property
